For accounting and bookkeeping practices

Additional bookkeeping capacity for accounting practices.

Keep the client relationship. We run the bookkeeping and month-end close delivery, under your brand. Our system does most of the work, leaving the review and sign off to our accountants.

Your client stays yours Your brand stays yours Your final say stays yours
Why this works

Every new client should not mean another hire.

Practices turn down or delay work because delivery capacity has not caught up, and hiring a bookkeeper takes months when it works at all. Selflyx runs the monthly bookkeeping and close in the background, so the book grows without the headcount.

01

No new hire required

Add delivery capacity without recruiting, training, managing, or replacing another bookkeeper.

02

We follow your workflow

Bookkeeping and month-end close run to the scope you agree, on your schedule, in your client's own accounting file.

03

You keep the relationship

Clients stay yours and never see us. You review the work and deliver it under your brand.

What we run

The production side of the month.

Our system does most of the work. Review and sign off stay with the accountants, and the final say stays with you.

01

Monthly bookkeeping

Transaction categorization and chart-of-accounts upkeep, run to the client's own structure.

02

Reconciliation and close

Bank and card reconciliation, exceptions surfaced rather than guessed at, and the agreed close checklist completed.

03

Financial statements

Profit and loss, balance sheet, and a cash summary tied to the completed books.

04

Catch-up and cleanup

Historical periods brought current as a defined project, priced separately from the monthly work.

Getting started

We start small, on purpose.

The first step is one of your existing clients, for one close cycle, under your brand, with your review. No cost for the first cycle. You judge the output before anything scales.

Scope, turnaround, the correction process and data terms are agreed in writing before any access begins, and a non-solicitation agreement covering your client relationships is signed first.

How we handle client data

Named access. Your review stays final.

Work is completed with named, revocable accountant-user access to the client's own accounting file. We never take bank credentials and never use shared passwords. Nothing is delivered to the client by us.
